A Proper View continues to keep both your health and safety and that of our team at the forefront by continuing to adhere to social distancing guidelines and rigorous cleaning protocols. To help you know what to expect at your next visit, we have listed out a broad overview of those changes below.
Eye exams continue to be limited to no more than one per hour.
Glasses will be picked up by scheduled appointment. We are also happy to offer pick-ups and adjustments from the comfort and safety of your car.
Our team will be limited to ensure a maximum total of 10 people in the store at any time.
Each of our team members is fully vaccinated! All team members will continue to wear masks and have daily COVID-19 symptom screenings. We request that patients and shoppers also wear a mask and allow us to take their temperature upon arrival.
All team members will be washing their hands before and after each patient or guest interaction and sanitizing all glasses, equipment and work stations.
We will still happily offer curbside pick-up, porch drop-offs and ship-to-home options if you have something to pick up. This will further help us limit the number of people in the store.
